IT Coaching is one-to-one (or two) technology support provided by skilled volunteers at no cost to nonprofits. Using our online portal, nonprofits post technology coaching requests and volunteer coaches match themselves to coaching opportunities based on skill set and availability.

What are common coaching subjects?

Although you can request coaching on a range of IT subjects, our primary focus is on:

How long are coaching sessions? Where do they take place?

Coaching takes place at the nonprofit's office, via one-hour monthly sessions over the course of up to four months. Sessions can be longer or more frequent if mutually agreed upon between the nonprofit and the volunteer coach.

How many coaching sessions may I receive?

Some issues can be addressed in just one session, but for those that aren't, you can request multiple sessions. To receive additional coaching sessions with the same coach, you must agree on the time commitment/session quantity at the beginning of your collaboration. If your coach is only able to provide one session, you may put in additional requests through the coaching request portal.
